A gathering to learn about Awaji Island's local industry, Awaji Hand-Stretched Somen
This project will allow visitors to taste Awajishima hand-pulled somen noodles, a local industry on Awaji Island, while also showcasing panels showing scenes of the process in the past, helping them to learn about the quality of Awajishima hand-pulled noodles.
