Enjoy original beer themed around flowers and greenery!
The brewing techniques of NAMI NO OTO BREWING and Shimato Works' unique connections with producers have come together to develop a craft beer using honey from Awaji Island! We will be unveiling it to you.
Through the breeding of European honeybees, we produce honey collected in the woods of Sumoto. It has a light, refreshing taste with a refreshing floral aroma that spreads in your mouth. It contains nectar from flowers such as Japanese silverleaf, clover, and hazel.
