In order to ensure the smooth running of this fair, we are inviting proposals from private businesses.
We will utilize the know-how and technology of private businesses to ensure the safety and security of visitors while managing the fair effectively and efficiently. When selecting a contractor, we will widely solicit proposals and conduct an open proposal process to select the best proposal that meets the objectives of this work as the candidate for the contract.
